The Sackler lawsuit is pretty old.
I was more interested in the billions "lost" since 2020 when the jab came out - and the last paragraph is the only one related to that.
Looks like that Texas lawsuit isn't going anywhere yet, so there are no losses for big (((pharma))) about that yet, and the key difference between the Sackler outcome and the jab is that the US (((government))) gives full immunity for "vaccinations" - the definition of which changed conveniently as the rollout was gaining steam - and the jab is covered under a lengthy contract.
The first (((judge))) to look at the Texas lawsuit probably had zero wiggle room because the contracts are so extensive, meaning there was blatant lying but the contract covers things like that.
I don't think a single dollar out of the multi-billions for the jab has ever been paid out by big pharma in a lawsuit - yet.
