Calm down, dass. Your digestive issues (constipation) would disappear if you ate more fresh green beans like I do. They turned my hell (constipation) into heaven - no kidding.It seems the tinned beans I was eating (tin a day) simply didn't do the trick (not enough fibre?) so now it's one tin of chilli beans and a good handful of chopped up fresh green beans - plus other stuff.
