I answered your retarded question and the answer is No. The relationship to the sun and earth does not change if the universe expands a gillion light years away. Much like a bartender can still open a bottle of wine standing in a merry go round, or a ferris wheel, or a merry go round on top of another merry go round, or a balloon expanding beneath his feet on top of all of it; the cork still has the same exact observable relationship to the corkscrew passing through it.
