It already is illegal to boycott kikeville. Anti-Boycott Act of 2018. The caveat is supposed to be that you can't support a foreign government's boycott of the pieces of shit. However, it is intentionally vague, so that any boycott of israel that happens while any foreign government has a boycott by default supports the foreign government's boycott, even if your reasons don't have shit to do with any of it.
They couldn't be so vague as to outright ban it, since it would easily be shot down as a first amendment violation, but having to specify bit them in the ass when international organizations (like labor unions) started boycotting, as the current boycott law doesn't apply to them. As it stands, you can just say you're supporting such and such's boycott instead of Iran or whatever. The latest bill was an attempt to do away with this exception.
