A LOT more people drive drunk than anyone would think. Not saying it's good or bad, just saying it's much more prevalent than people would think. Add other things like drugs in to the mix and you suddenly understand why drivers these days are SO SO BAD.
And this includes cops. It's everyone. And it's ridiculous.
