What this really means is Big email providers are trying to squeeze out small email providers or independent email providers or people using their own personalized domain names to send email from their own personalized domain names. The big guys are trying to squeeze everything everybody into Gmail and everything else which for the life of me I have never understood why people would put their private information into somebody like Microsoft or Google's servers like that. Get yourself your own domain and send your email from your own domain at least from some web hosting company.

I really think what Microsoft and others are doing here is trying to prevent that. The idea that they're going to make a judgment for all these email receivers that people may be sending them things in Microsoft is they say their first going to send them they're going to put them in the junk folder and then they're going to actually reject the email? So does that mean the person who's receiving an important email they may not even be able to see it if it's in their junk email folder anymore?

None of these companies ever do any of these things to benefit the consumer. It's always to enforce their own control and Monopoly. And I'm sure that's what's really going on here.
