Many on here are looking to relocate to get away from Niggers, which is something I recently did and am SO much happier. I only have to even see a nigger once a week, and it's glorious. "But you life in Socal storefront!" You say, but I'm here to tell you, anyone can get away from niggers. And these are my tips.
Before I moved to Socal, I lived in NYC. Most recently, in what is known as Koreatown. I thought living in Koreatown would give me some distance from our dusky counterparts, but it made it worse. I won't get into that now.
You must first look at Greatschools. If you have kids, you're already doing this, but if you don't, try it. Greatschools does a terrific job of breaking down incrementally the racial demographics of each neighborhood, based on data from public schools. So the data is real. Anything more than a 7-8% black concentration and the neighborhood is ruined. Anything more than a 20% spic concentration and the neighborhood is ruined. Anything more than a 30% Asian concentration and the neighborhood is ruined. You get to 95 percent white, rent will be VERY HIGH but will be worth it. Remember, Asian populations include JEETS and many other types of sand niggers. If the Asians are Korean or Japanes you are usually fine, but the parents will be unfriendly. Chinese, and they will be unfriendly alcoholics who actively hate your kids. 30% jeet stay away, they will make your kids smell bad and the parents will drive you crazy plus the dad will stare at your bobs. If they are muzzies, stay very far away - the sons will kill and rape your daughters for the same reason niggers do.
Now look go see if it's LGBTQ friendly. Zillow also lists this. If yes, you are dealing with jews. Do a final search doe synagogues in the area. If there are a lot within walking distance (conservative Jews are supposed to walk and not drive to Friday service) the neighborhood is jewed and so is the school district and you don't want to get involved. Your kids lunch packed ham sandwiches will be ANTISEMITIC and he will never get a spot on the debate team.
95% white and low jew is what you are looking for. Rent and housing costs will always be higher BUT find the neighborhood and show up at the rental and you'll be surprised. Whites love to rent and sell to whites even if they don't know they are doing it.
Now, watch your kid thrive among his or her peers. You did a good job.
