Somehow I'm just not seeing it, honestly. If you're referring to the jutting mandible and sloped forehead, they're modeled that way because they're beast races and that's the way animal faces differ from human faces. Niggers aren't human, therefore when you make a human-like animal in a 3D model, you end up with those two similarities to niggers. But I'm just not seeing anything deeper than that. The Argonian nose maybe, but I'd have to see if they picked that spacing for every face or just that one.
