I bought an Instant Pot™ a few years ago and have never used it. Turns out a pot or skillet on the stove is the easiest thing ever. If no kitchen while still having electricity though, it would be one of the obvious choices.
Same with the cast iron skillets. Give me a ceramic-titanium surface or give me death.
