Everything I've seen of Wall Street over the last 40+ years tell me this is just a temporary rut, caused by the Demonrat Party using their TASS West lapdogs to fan the typical hysteria, and turn a molehill into a mountain. Investors are very much akin to cattle on a cattle drive...the least little thing and it's stampede mode for the sheeple.
Somebody should archive this cartoon, and when the rebound occurs, use it to razz the crap out of the 'artist'!
