I'm not telling you to go out there & burn yourself. But I will tell you: Get 20 - 30 minutes of sunlight daily. And you'll boost your mood, up your vitamin-D, prevent cancer, build strong bones, better your skin, & relieve the arthritis... GO FOR IT.
