Sitting through a meeting right now about recognizing high performing people and of course it's all women and coloreds. What is with America constantly making a mockery of meritocracy. We do not live in a meritocracy nor did we ever, even for a moment.

@master_foo is a faggot who deludes himself into validating his narcissism

One big problem, years ago before we've just had it with all these coloreds and women's rights, is that if a colored or woman actually does accomplish something it will be impossible to distinguish them from all the noise.

There is a phenomenon that I have noticed where people will give people credit for things that others "aren't capable" of, even though it's a situation where a far less intelligent/qualified person could out perform anyone who isn't given access to the knowledge or know-how, and so it appears that some shit-for-brains is smarter/better/convenient-value-of-the-day than X person.

On the ground you got fired for giving shitty service or product. that's a meritocracty,

me nor you have ever lived in a meritocracy. meritocracy is only ever brought up as a justification to fire white men and gaslight them that their "poor" performance was the reason, and it's not the case most of the time. if it were the exact people mentioned in the OP would be fired? are you jewish or just retarded?
