I used to think that I was fairly average fitness-wise. Then I left the military and holy shit.
Still kinda weird to walk into a place and be the fittest dude there. And that's just watching calories and regular 3/week workouts with 2/week cardio. Nothing crazy, nothing intense, no weird diet plans or bone-breaking exercises, just normal shit.
