ABOUT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

submitted by Zyklonbeekeeper to HDLunited 3 monthsFeb 10, 2025 05:38:58 ago (+5/-0)     (HDLunited)

Kanastan 1st off has no constitution and the "Bill of Rights" is a facade for ARTICLE 33, THE NOTWITHSTANDING CLAUSE...arbitrary suspension of liberty indefinitely imposed as determined by government. Canada is now Kanastan and mirrors the BOLSHEVIK USSR.

America has a nicely worded constitution and Americans really get jacked up when there's a threat of infringement on their constitutional rights. Without a doubt it evokes a spirit of patriotism because when all arguments are exhausted and government overreach (is actually) an "eminent domain" clause for everything and anything, the bottom line defense is the constitution. As it should be.

BUT....if America's constitution was formulated within the same context as the "MAGNA CARTA 1215" then Americans are being duped, placated by a false doctrine and played for fools.

The MAGNA CARTA 1215 protects only the "NOBLES" and LAND BARRONS, the common man gets ✡️ cock.

Whether Americans like it or not, America and Kanastan are still under the (hegemonic) rule of Great Britain. Now before everyone goes off the rails and calls for my execution, just think of the FEDERAL RESERVE.

I'M sure it's nothing though and I'm probably over thinking about the obvious.

Canada does have a Constitution (1982) and contained therein is the Charter of Rights & Freedoms. Let's not be niggers.
