My friend, that is not even close to being true. Mexican isn't even the best Latin American cuisine.
Everyone knows the best chefs of the world are Peruvian. Americans don't even know how to eat. Then we have French, Italian I guess. I personally like Argentinian food, it's excellent.
The best is open to debate but what is not debatable is that American food is subpar. I bet I can find some Polish place that makes better food that everything you Americans do. And let's not forget the Japanese.
