Benevolence is not "learned". It's instinctive to some and cultured by some religions. Benevolence can only be unlearned and that's what socialism does to good people, it unlearns benevolance no matter how benevolent they started out, Countries that euthanize all start out with medical staff who think they can save the medical system money by killing the sick and dying. THey over diagnose terminal conditions to be benevolent and kill people who would have lived.
They don't save a nickel for the socialist pool of money for medicine because that's simply not how the budgets work. Socialists strip the concept of the individual human soul from absolutely everyone including themselves.
