The direct rear-ward motion of the slide manipulation indicates a Browning style action.
Constant manipulation of the slide indicates the suppressor used most likely did not have a Nielsen device (aka a booster), which may suggest that it was likely homemade/printed or manufactured from a solvent trap.
The first shot hitting several feet from the intended aim (it hit him in the leg while he was seemingly aiming at the torso or above) indicates that the suppressor was not concentric in bore which lead to a baffle strike by the round fired, sending the round tumbling wildly off course.
Again, another indication that the suppressor was amateur produced.
