Screening Interview – video call (30-40 minutes) Hiring Manager Interview – video call (90+ mins) Predictive Index Assessment Peer Interviews – 2 to 4 video calls (30 mins each) Reference calls with your last several managers Offer Letter

Interviews should be paid. Too much of this shit and other bullshit like constantly having ads up and just rotating through staff constantly to avoid the 3 month rule and keep them all cheap.
