Trick is to drop the weight then level back out to normal varied diet without the shit that made you fat.
Pizza don't make you fat,junk pizza makes you fat.
Same with burgers and everything else,cook at home and stay active.
Your own body weight is the best gym tool ever.
You can't master it,a gym can't either.
