Or as US gunship drivers like to call them, "targets". It's an industry term.
The Apache has had the capability to carry and engage targets with, the Stinger, AIM-9 Sidewinder, and the Starstreak air-to-air missiles since the 1980's. (So can the latest model AH-1 SuperCobra's)
Every gunship driver secretly longs to become a helo "Ace". They've just been denied all these years due to a lack of available targets.
