For his third proof, @mastersuppressiontechnique listed the shadow of the Earth on the moon as proof. He thinks the Earth's Shadow can obstruct the moon from the top when both the moon and the sun are above the horizon.

A Selenelion is an event where both the Sun and the eclipsed Moon are visible in the sky simultaneously during a lunar eclipse. This is unusual because, typically, during a lunar eclipse, the Sun and the Moon are on opposite sides of the Earth.
