Didn't find the 'shoplifter' section, but it's claimed to only prohibit employers from requiring employee to engage in violence. They can supposedly still stop thieves on their own.
Mainly, a lot of violence and injury preventive stuff. Threats on social media to kill every coworker in the store would have to be addressed by the employer, and related types of things. Workplace dangers would have to be listed.
Not sure if 'every' employer, or just those over a certain size. Would really suck for someone with just a couple employees. Extra regulation and fines for non-compliance.
