I will go to social gatherings and every drug under the sun is there in ample supply. LSD, ecstasy, mushrooms, coke (this one usually gets completely consumed no matter how much there is), meth pills, Valium, whip its, ketamine, cigarettes, vapes, pot, alcohol, you name it, and again, they are in ample supply and people will share them with you for free. And of course people aren't mixing the uppers and downers.

This shit is out of control. There are even reddit-born gaslights where people will say nonsense shit to me like "People were always doing these drugs. They just hid them from you." No. they. weren't. And especially not in these doses and these combinations. It used to be people EITHER drank or smoked. I didn't know anyone who did both until near the end of highschool. There was no reason to hide something like this since I had been going to public bars with my parents since I was a young kid, and there were beer tents at fairs/circuses and smoking was allowed back then.

To top that all off, I was around the "underground" groups when I was younger, and people who freely admitted to smoking pot did not have regular access to it nor did they ever have access to large amounts of it at once, ever. I never went to random places and smelled pot. Ever. No one was sneaking tokes in the back room, no one smoked up before we came over - there was nowhere to hide really. And I know some fag by this point in reading my write up here is going to try to "flip the script" on me saying that they do have a story where this happened and i'm trying to say no one anywhere ever smoked pot (kill yourself). What I'm saying is that it was so few and far in between that I didn't even know what pot smelled like until i was in 11th grade. and, again, the people smoking pot did not have regular access to it. I recall a self proclaimed pot head being so giddy after this one guy came through and was able to get a regular supply to him, and he would run out well before his next paycheck and maybe not be able to even buy any that paycheck.

oh and yeah, eeeeeeeeeeeveryone says "drugs don't affect me. i'm the same on and off drugs". Then why do them? and no you're not. no one is.

the point here is that drug use has to be at some sort of peak. what does swinging back look like?
