They can use higher altitude drones above to relay the signals to the fpv similar to how a wifi mesh network operates. Those drones also have cameras.

More like "edited like a movie" but indeed it seems like an obvious commercial. The opposing boat racers footage would have been destroyed on the boat if this all wasn't scripted.
