Hey, sorry to respond after so long. The article is just twisting words around. The court said the COVID vaccine isn't the same as a traditional vaccine in the way it is manufactured, how it works, etc. It's still a vaccine though.
To make an analogy, an LED lightbulb is still a lightbulb, even though it doesn't use a filament like a traditional lightbulb does.
