i kind of liked it better when there was a bit more skill involved in both driving them and building them. not that there isnt now. its just.... on easy mode. you forget the 4 cylinder turbocharged BMWs from the early 80s. getting them to last long enough at 1400hp for a pole position was an artform while detuning the same engine to run an entire formula one race was another artform which is built from the same fuckin engine block as a road car which is another fuckin artform and is not the same as pumping tens of billion dollars into cad and automation to do all that shit for you.
and jules bianchi had no one but himself to fucking blame for that death.drizzle, three corners of double waved yellows, and a fuckin forklift on the track should have been a hint to slow down.
