You shouldn't have to violate the 5th amendment and self incriminate yourself when buying a gun.
Nothing in the 2nd amendment says "Nobody with substance abuse problems can buy a gun."
Nothing in the 5th amendment says "it's okay for the government to ask you to tattle on yourself if it's to exercise another right."
Hunter Biden is a piece of shit and should be convicted for his and his fathers talmudic corruption, but this case is a clear violation of civil rights and sets a bad precedent.
Edit: I'm pleasantly surprised to see everyone agree. Government overreach is bad even against people we don't like i.e. Bush era patriot act etc.
This is part of the ongoing Washington corruption. It's a solid move for a bunch of corrupt fucks at the DOJ/FBI:
- They convict Hunter of a fake crime that people generally won't understand or care about. - They stay away from anything really scandalous (like being a pedo and child molester) or what really matters (like being a bag man for an international crime family.)
His sentencing will be delayed and he will get a pardon at the last minute by daddy dear. They won't link old Joe to Hunter's crimes with just a gun charge.
But, the left media can say "See, no one is above the law." ... all while they continue to run Trump through their kangaroo court.
