You use equity in a typical demo-com way. Equitable for whom?
Is it equitable to pay for a house for black people, who ignore social courtesies, in the middle of a ethno-centric white neighborhood?
You would, of course, say "yes". You are programmed to say it.
It is not equitable for the people who live in that neighborhood.
Equity is a rat-word that means hurting someone to make someone else feel better. Take that work, have it carved out of a 5000 lb block of marble, and ram it so far up your fat liberal ass, that it gives you brain damage.
