A long time ago I worked as a manager in the gambling industry.Monitored everything. Habits, games, work, amounts betted, had all your details and how much you won/loss.Would look for excuses to remove the 5% that actually won and entice the ones that lost often with free bets, coupons, everything.Some people even had wins they had forgotten about due to being drunk, some people had 1000s. And the policy was never to ever mention it.It's super scummy and poorly run.This is UK tho, our casinos are small and we mostly have betting shops(typically next to the pubs).
