And, just like with the us.gov, the "law" and the "constitution" didn't seem to prevent them from going right ahead and doing it anyway.
And neither will the "law" nor the "constitution" nor this court decision prevent them from doing it again whenever they feel like it.
Because there are never any consequences for it. So as far as they are concerned, they got away with it.
