The Septuagint/LXX was translated from the Hebrew Bible into Greek, dated to the reign of Ptolemy II Philadelphus of Egypt (285-246 BC). The Ptolemaic dynasty also known as the Lagid dynasty was a Macedonian Greek royal house which ruled the Ptolemaic Kingdom in Ancient Egypt. So Northern Greece conquered the already existing Egyptian Empire, it didnt come out of Egypt. So yes the LXX predates the NT because it is foundationally based on jewish texts prior.
