That's not true. You don't press a button on your phone. You unlock your phone and look at your screen and open an app by pressing on your screen and then press to select a song or library and then press play.
I can press a physical play button on my steering wheel to begin playback. I can even set it to start playing as soon as the car starts and not press any buttons.
I don't disagree that a customized solution takes longer to set up, but once things are configured and streamlined there's no competing for cookie cutter services like the one you use.
