Laws aren't real as well, again, it's only because people act like they are that they have any impact upon our lives.
You aren't a criminal unless you get convicted for breaking the law, those who break laws without being convicted are not criminals, but those who get convicted despite not having broken the law are criminals.
We don't need to abolish anything, only realize that it was never there at all.
