What? Did anyone actually thnk that lowering hiring/recruiting standards, lowering selection and training standards, and concentrating on diversity, inclusion and pronoun training for the last 30 years was going to somehow result in any of them being more proficiant?
There is a kind of combined horror and satisfaction that comes from seeing what I predicted when I first saw this kind of shit approaching, on the horizon, coming right at us, as far back as 1994, now coming to fruition. Like a slow motion train wreck that you warned would happen and now is, you don't want to watch, but it's also hard to look away.
