Yeah they went to the clinic after finding out that their blood type wasn't a match/possibility for Dad's. At that point, that is almost certainly not the father.
Anyways, if you want an answer to the question of how many children are misassigned it's probably out there. But you'd have to test a population that is randomly selected.
