Nice. My garden space went from 20 acres to a 1/4 acre (bamboo nursery), then down to about 60 square feet of pot space. So I'm pretty selective, mostly things you can't get in a store or the farmers market. A selection of hot peppers, some herbs, some "herbs", and miscellaneous plants to catch any stray sunlight.
I have a Tree Dahlia that grows to 24 feet each year, due to being under a bottle brush tree. Tomatoes colonized the top of my Angel Trumpet tree, from a 5 gallon pot at just over head height in the tree. "My word, I've never seen such an enormous tomato tree." - overheard from a neighbors visitor. There were tomatoes at 10 feet.
Sounds like it rains where you are. That opens up a lot of possibilities. All our rain happens in the 4 winter months. I used to do a lot of farming, but it was all indoors. Never quite got to the point of having a an outdoor farm. I'm a bit envious. Pics would be great if you're so inclined.
