I have never had one that was more useful than tits on a boar hog. They waste 15 minutes of your life going over every piece if information in your account to "verify" you, then apologise that they cannot do jack shit. Then offer to "escalate" to the appropriate department who may call you back within 72 hours. I verbally abuse them at every opportunity.
