Exosome theory file

Henlo frens. I remember a file talking about exosomes being the cause for all sickness and them not being expelled from the body is why our body get sick. Anybody remember or know what I'm talking about?

If I remember correctly, exosomes are protiens produced by cells as a defense mechanism. Not the cause of disease.

As stated already, look into terrain theory.
