This graph basically says Boomer X made $50,000 last year and was able to buy a $100,000 home. NOTHING. It's bullshit. I know it's bullshit because I looked at it and said, "damn, I bought a house in that market? I must be stupid". It doesn't feel stupid. What would have been stupid is for Boomer X to buy a home for $300,000.
