Could be coincidental, but excluding the smaller picture, somebody staged the one on the right for a milder equivalent of the Dark Biden in front of the red background.
When I saw the larger picture of Liz Truss, it made me think of the smaller picture because of the similarity of coloring, the framing of the female head, the dark imagery, but more than that I was pointing out that somebody made an effort to frame Liz in an occult way.
