It's my guess that these Israeli investors were very happy investing in real estate until the end of last year when this guy probably got him to buy one more house and now all house values are falling and they want to sue to get their losses back. Probably no fraud was involved at all it's just the typical Jewish trick to get their losses back through a lawsuit when they lose money. That's my guess. It's a tiny amount of money for a real estate investor.
