Set GTAVl in a Las Vegas style setting and have a main character inspired by Stephen Paddock who is white and male and brought back Trevor and Michael from GTAV and Niko from GTAlV. Should've kept the ammo limit from all guns in GTAV, and added gambling were you can gamble at casinos with in game money. The story should've been inspired by the October 1 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting, the movie Heat from 1995, and the movie 3,000 Miles To Graceland. A bank and casino robbery turned into a mass shooting and a crew at each others throats for getting other unplayable members of the crew killed, caught, arrested, and injured for life, and of course at each others throats for the money they got from the heist.
