What are the biggest mistakes the founding fathers made in the constitution, and what measures do you think could be taken to restore a land for European people?

Credit given to Smedleys_Butler-1 from Poal. It is a good discussion idea, but since I am banned from Poal, I figure I would bring it here.

I'll start: The primary mistake was making the Constitution in the first place over the Articles of the Confederation. The Constitution heavily centralized power over the disparate states.

Also, it would be like a bunch of modern congressmen going behind closed doors today and then coming out with a new form of government while saying, "You all agree with it, you elected me!"

The Constitutional Convention in my faggot city of Philadelphia was a non-violent (luckily) coup. Sorry.

E: I want to reiterate, it was a coup. They had zero authority to make the faggot Constitution.
