Hidester was just an example, not what I use or would recommend. Was simply one of the first options that popped up when searching for something free that you could try to see for yourself.
I know how get the captchas working, but they are part of the problem. That's a whole can of worms in itself. Long story short, they shouldn't be required to simply view a page. Anyway...
