Republican Representatives Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger are criticizing members of their own party in the wake of what officials are investigating as a racially-motivated mass shooting in Buffalo, New York. The alleged shooter, a white man, reportedly posted a conspiracy theory-filled white supremacist "manifesto" online prior to the attack and said that he chose the location because it has a high Black population.
