Not sure why it isn't normal...

EDIT: Do you see the part where it says "This challenge page was accidentally cached by an intermediary and is no longer available." That's not normal.

EDIT2: It does the exact same thing on edge.

EDIT3: Working! Apparently I just had to simply update my internet time server settings. Why didn't I think of that?
