Tried to put "</sarcasm>" in a post and the post was blank / empty / collapsed.

Going to add some comments in this thread to see what I can break.

Edit: each of the four comments has some combination of the bogus "</sarcasm>" tag with single quotes, double quotes, spaces with quotes inside.

Maybe I should stop being an ass and using html in my comments. Feel like there is a PHP function to fix this.

Extra edit: the text I enter here display in my comment replies inbox. Yay PHP!

Triple edit: just clicked the "formatting help" link and looks like code = using single quote as a shortcode.

Don't know what they're called, but the [code][/code] type shortcode tags may work better?
