Maybe it's because they're actual war refugees and not "climate refugees" or "economic refugees". Maybe it's because they're going to neighboring countries instead of another fucking continent. Maybe it's because they have cultural, economic, and historical ties to their destination countries.
Honestly though, I wish he were right and that Europe would actually make a policy of only accepting White refugees.
