Cool story but fake, the author starts off as female, calls itself a qhite male half way through and then back to female. The diversity shit wasn't that ramped up before 2008, the only date I noticed and you can't buy anything with wic besides what the coupons say, I'm sure they aren't coupons anymore but it was only good for milk,cereal,formula and I think eggs. It's been a long time since I used it.
