However if i point out that the sun is too high in the sky 3 hours before and after Noon on equal field of latitude and that it MUST be lower than 45 degrees in the sky on a sphere near the solstice (if viewed 30 +/-, in tropic of cancer or Capricorn) , its met with dull mouth breathing stares.
